I love using tidio and I love how their customer support always reply me promptly when I needed their help. I’m utilizing it to assist my customer and I’m in the phase of learning how to fully utilize it. I also love how it connected to the phone and synced with Instagram. I just don’t fancy their learning section because I’m a visual learner. The tutorial image tidio gave on their website cannot be zoomed in and make my eyes sore looking at the screen 🤣 I hope you will have more video resources. Being a solopreneur is hard🥲 anyway thank you for the great apps

Tidio is awesome but if they can improve their app with more functionality like the desktop version. It would be even better !
