Honestly, the situation with Uber Jordan has become unbearable! • Visa payment requests are extremely delayed, sometimes taking at least two weeks—if they even show up! This is pure disrespect to the drivers’ hard work. • Trip fares are very low, barely covering costs, and on top of that, taxes are outrageously high. • There’s absolutely no protection or real support for drivers, not during issues, nor when facing difficult or unsafe passengers. • The service office is one of the worst, with poor customer care and no serious effort to solve any problems. Instead of supporting drivers, the company has become a burden on them. If there’s no major change soon, things will only get worse.

نحن كباتن التطبيقات الذكية المرخصين نرفض ما قامت به شركة أوبر مؤخرا من تنزيل الحد الأدنى لسعر الطلب ليصبح 1.25 بدل 1.5 مع بقاء عمولة الشركة ثابتة ٣٠٪ إذا كانت أوبر أو غيرها من الشركات تريد التخفيف على العملاء أو التخفيض لجلب المزيد من العملاء ومنافسة تطبيقات أخرى فليكن ذلك على حساب الشركة ومن عمولتها وليس على حساب الكابتن يكفي الكابتن ما يتحمله من كلف تشغيلية مرتفعة وفوق ذلك تتغول الشركات عليه يوما بعد يوم! علما أن هذا التصرف من شركة أوبر يتسبب بالضرر لجميع الكباتن العاملين على جميع التطبيقات وليس فقط كباتن اوبر وإذا استمرت شركة أوبر بهذا الأمر سوف نضطر للتصعيد ولن نصمت على التغول علينا.

App doesn’t tell you where the trip destination is so you can end up in a really bad situation with thieves and just bad people in general. The percentage of the commission they take on each order is too high you’ll end up working just to pay them. Something has to change or soon drivers will find an alternative.

أول شي العمولة المرتفعة يجب ان يكون هناك مكافأة للسائقين كتعويض لهم والشيء الثاني يرجى فرض غرامة الالغاء على الراكب بعد دقيقتين فقط من تحرك الراكب اليه ومن الظلم جعل الكابتن يمشي مسافة طويلة الى العميل ويتم الغاء الرحلة او الطلب بدون غرامة

Cars with apple car play has google maps Its way safer that uber can send the navigation informations to google maps But it happens that this feature was removed Please put it back Thank you

Very bad apps I don’t recommend it’s full of glitches keep stuck

Last update made the app not working in the background while I’m using other apps Most of the time I’m using google map, so now it’s impossible to use any thing while I’m using Uber Plz try to solve the problem
