Viator makes it easy

Viator makes it so easy to book events. They have great descriptions.

Setting up is a hassle

Took several tries to set up account on browser. When I logged in using the app on my iPhone, nothing showed in my wishlist & bookings. Shows my name etc correctly. No real help. Just FAQs that don’t answer the question. What’s up with this?

Hard to book airport transfers

Hard to use the website to book airport transfers. Also could not book round-trip, so I booked 2 separate trips. Was hard to book the return trip.

Terrible

Downloading your tickets requires a PhD

Ideal trip

I booked. Free day in New Delhi last year and it went off flawlessly. My guide gave me the crude but he was a great guide. Airport pick up was good also.

Honest and reliable

Viator has a great choice of tours and excursions. It is easy to book a tour and easy to cancel. Your refund is applied to your card immediately. They are reliable and on time. Their staff is courteous and professional. They keep in touch and are accessible by phone, text, and email. There’s always someone to reassure, direct, and answer questions. It really takes the fear and insecurity out of trying to tour a new city…or country. It’s no longer easy to find an honest business. Their tour descriptions are true and factual. The tours are quality and reasonably priced.

Worst travel app

They know how to charge you. But they do not know provide you service and advocate for you. They wasted my whole day. Business after delivery is success.

Good app but not accurate descriptions

I found so many interesting things to do, but many of them were not as local as I originally thought. A lot of the recommended events were over 2 hours away. I found it a struggle to search for events that were local to me.

Great trips and service

I love trip offerings and when I had problem your service rep did a great job of fixing my problem!
