Bad customer service

The customer service is so slow to respond my inquiries. They updated their app but instead of getting better they do not provide the full itineraries like they used to have. Now it’s hard to see what’s the time table of the tour. We have to message them, but their respond is so slow and lame, as if they don’t take our inquiries seriously

Hassle

I don’t understand why I can’t use my debit card and Viator only proceed with CC. Other OTA make it payment process much easier

must-use tour/travel app!

i always use Viator for booking tours. i’ve been using it since 2015. excellent tour options, easy and safe payment system, good and reliable tours/tour guides.

Great app but keep crashing

Great app to make things simpler with viator app but somehow very often crashing and cant be opened. Can be quite frustating

Easy to navigate, plenty of activity options and categories, cover pretty much every countries and cities in the world! Great!
