I have successfully used this app during my trip to Australia. Now, it just could not get me logged in to the mobile app, although in my MacBook it’s actually okay. Please fix this problem. I want to get my Kyoto tickets via mobile so that I won’t need to print it anymore, but to no success at all due to “can’t find an account with that email address” prompt. What is this? Like, seriously?
I used this app to book all our tours in Italy. It was as described and they were really reliable. Thank you!

I am extremely disappointed with Viator. I booked on August 17 a whole day sightseeing tour in Seoul scheduled for August 28. They were very fast in charging my credit card for the cost of the tour. They then sent me the trip voucher. Today, August 26, I received an e-mail from them informing me that the tour I booked had been canceled. This advice cane 2 days before the date of the tour and after I had made plans for our stay in Seoul. I don’t know how often this sudden cancellation happens but it sure can ruin one’s vacation.
So far very satisfied with the recommendations from Viator.

A good app to have if you are planning on a tour. Maximized tour destinations in a day with knowledged guides to accompany you. They affiliate with good tour agencies. Timely as well.
For an easy way to explore new destinations viator is a good choice, with good options to choose from.
I just downloaded this app, but after an hour or two they asked me if I like the app and give some rating,etc. Therefore, I am writing this now to inform everyone that I'm liking this app, though I still haven't tried to book at least one tour. 🤣 But I will surely come back and make another review right after my "soon to be" experience in SoKor with the help of this app. Love to go to Jongno. 😍
