I use to love Viator, I use it all the time for my trips, never had and issue, however, with the new upgrade you can no longer see your favourites which means scrolling through everything again. There is also a problem with payments. Love an upgrade only this lost all the great features of Viator. Would have contacted them directly only that is not possible either
I have used Viator for trips even in places where not everyone goes e.g Bora Bora, the quality of tours and tour guides never fail me. I have been recommending Viator to people since 2016. I hope it’d keep up the good work!

Booked a few activities and all came out successful. From cooking to a food tour in Athens with Georgia it was all great!
