Extremely poor design for login flow

Currently stuck outside the mobile app, as the one-time login link (sent via email) opens the webapp (in browser) leaving me with no way to actually log into the mobile app. Mobile app remains in the send link state. Great way to loose customers by not providing functional ways to log in. Kudos!

Bug when adding in wallet

Please see what’s going on : when I want to add a reservation in the Apple wallet, the app is forcing the exit from it. The issue lasts for a few months, in the past I never face this issue. Thanks

Great app, has some issues though

The app is great, we used it a lot on our trip to Croatia, but it has issues. The biggest one is an outright bug. After a booking, if you want to add it to the wallet, the app straight up crashes every single time. The other thing, the location list is incomplete. While in Zadar, we were looking for stuff to do nearby, but it just didn’t find some locations so we had to google it, than open the link in the app. Seems kind of crazy, but it worked. Fix these issues and then it’s a 5 star app.

It helped a lot on deciding what to visit abroad! I especially liked the videos describing each tourist atraction!

Bineinteles ca Romania nu exista in aplicatie, dar nici pentru calatorit in alte tari nu este buna pt ca are preturi mult prea mari comparativ cu ofertele de pe internet

Notifications!!

The app does what it’s supposed to do. But if you’re one of those people who hate see notifications and want them cleared out you’re going to have this app. The message notifications won’t turn off. Good luck finding a contact for tech support.

Terrible service

Horrible service!! Cant recommend this service provider

No guarantee you will get a ticket

Booked an Alhambra tour weeks in advance. Day of the tour, I arrived and was told the operator did not have a ticket. Would recommend not using Viator.

I always check Viator when we are planning a trip. Such a great way to book fun things to do and see.
