This app shows you your exercise intensity using your real-time heart rate, and it has four heart rate zones to understand your exercise intensity at a glance.

• PEAK - for improving performance and speed.
• CARDIO - for improving cardio endurance.
• FAT BURN - For longer exercise. Predominantly uses fat for energy.
• WARM UP - For preparation and recovery.

With these four zones, you can start heart rate training very easily and quickly.
You don't have to remember your target heart rate or intensity %.

Ótima aplicação para controlo de treino, mas devia ser possível usá-la em segundo plano podendo usar outras aplicações para treino como cronómetros para controlo de séries. Deveria ser possível também exportar os dados diários para Excel para serem comparados com outros dias de treino. Tirando estas duas situações é uma app bastante viável e fácil de usar.

It’s the only app for Apple Watch that I can consider for heart zone training running. It’s a shame that it cannot show heart zones at the same time of running speed, calories etc. I miss a proper social sharing feature with map etc
