This app shows you your exercise intensity using your real-time heart rate, and it has four heart rate zones to understand your exercise intensity at a glance.

• PEAK - for improving performance and speed.
• CARDIO - for improving cardio endurance.
• FAT BURN - For longer exercise. Predominantly uses fat for energy.
• WARM UP - For preparation and recovery.

With these four zones, you can start heart rate training very easily and quickly.
You don't have to remember your target heart rate or intensity %.

Te da un montón de estadísticas y es perfecta para entrenar por zonas. Pero no está en español. No me importaría pagar por ella si estuviese en español

Es el segundo o tercer idioma del mundo y no está traducida, pero si lo está en idiomas menos usados. Muy mal.

Una muy buena aplicación de ejercicios para principiantes. Es realmente perfecta para mantener la zona cardíaca recomendada si eres mayor de edad y tienes Apple Watch. Ten cuidado querida. Paso a paso. Y observado por tu médico.

Una app buenísima para controlar tus carreras por zonas. Me motiva mucho usarla y hacer el seguimiento de mis carreras. Buenísimas las tarjetas configurables que tiene para poder hacer mejor seguimiento. Pago único también muy aplaudido por mi parte. Recomendable 100%.
