ASOS charging customers for trying on clothes
App ok but new costly returns system a joke. I brought 4 items, they arrived in 1 parcel. As they did not fit or weren’t flattering, I returned all 4 items in 1 parcel. I understood that there was an $8 return charge which I was happy to pay. Instead, I was charged $8 for each item, essentially I have been charged $32 for trying on 4 items of clothing. Can I suggest, if you don’t want customers to return items then you need a big retail showroom where people can at least try the clothes on. I won’t be buying from ASOS again which is a pity because they often have really good stuff.

Customer service on previous orders
Having the online chat as the only way to contact customer service is extremely frustrating. It’s is very time consuming to get an issue resolved. I’ve been a customer is ASOS for over 10years and I think the service is getting worse. Sale items should be indicated on your order history. Eg orders delivered. Anything on sale should be marked as sale item. Otherwise how do we know what returns timeframe is required? Only el reason I have recently ordered is to use store credit…. Otherwise I doubt I’ll order from ASOS again.

ASOS Are Very beautiful, elegant and there designs and dresses that are just stunning to wear.. Hopefully these will fit me..

I was notified that parcel is not at safe place and it never come back again. Waiting for my refund back.
ASOS is the place to go!
This is one of the best online places to get clothes I’ve found, all their clothes are high value the size range is really diverse and has anything for any category.
