Heb iets geretourneerd en geen geld terug gekregen, zeer triest. Contact opnemen ook bijna onmogelijk

Producten zijn heel vaak uitverkocht

Meeste producten worden uitverkocht en je krijgt geen melding wanneer de producten op voorraad zijn terwijl je de melding aan hebt staan

Ontvang telkens verkeerde pakketjes en krijg geen geld terug voor verzendkosten. Erg jammer

Terrible customer experience

When you filter for your size, it still shows all item that are not available in the selected size anymore. Most of the sizes are never available anyway. Also they use DHL instead of PostNL which is a terrible service. When you contact customer services they right 10 minute stories to explain simple things.
