Would like to use Bolt. Can’t login as phone number is required. I am not using my Australian phone number in France and I am not using a new SIM card. Relying on free wifi and What’s App for communication. Validation process should include choice of email or phone contact.
Occasionally drivers show up with wrong license plate, which is dangerous and should be considered a strict violation. Bolt apparently doesn’t agree it’s putting passengers at risk since the app doesn’t even have an option to report this when cancelling the ride. (It’s necessary to cancel since drivers pretend they can’t cancel or pressure riders to cancel even though they’ve chosen to break the rules by driving an unknown car.)
There are Too many unprofessional drivers in Bolt at Krungtap. Bolt should have some tools for give penalty to unprofessional drivers. Many drivers catch call and in 5 min, just cancel by themselves. Not even try to move to customers location. This is insane, sometimes 4-5 drivers keep cancel in a law. That’s why people say bolt is useless at Krungtap. Of course, Pattaya is deferent.
This driver did not show upp
Bolt is as bad as dodgy taxis. Use Uber in Bucharest. Bolt was good a year or so ago, but now the price quoted changes and can double in price once you are in the car. There location service is broken and even at the airport, they can’t get it right. Bolt was good in the past, but now they are as bad or worse than the standard taxi drivers. Use bolt if you like feeling scammed, but use Uber in Bucharest if you want a great, fair and transparent service.

There is alot of cancellation from drivers not reliable if u are restricted in time ( have a plane or train to catch ) drivers also ask for higher fees and if you cancel the charge you cancellation fees , don’t be deceived it is cheaper than Uber
Some drivers can cancel the orders after you wait for a while and think you are to get into the car in 1-2 minutes.
