There always was an option to manually set a pick-up point on map, to pin point your exact location. Right now this function is broken - even if you set point manually, after order confirmation it’s moved to some random spot somewhere approximately close to your real location, and in 99% this spot its the most stupid and most uncomfortable for both driver and passenger choice for pickup point.

As this app delivers in-real-life services, such as vehicles, food delivery and transportation in general, it is impossible to seperate it from the real life-effects. First and foremost is the quality of their employees. In the capital Riga there are hundreds, if not thousands of delivery drivers who do not have the appropriate driving skills. People who don't care or respect the local road regulations, and safety of traffic, including the safety of children. They also struggle to speak English, let alone local Latvian language. It feels as if Bolt is well aware of this and intentionally ignores the complaints. Secondly, it seems as if their car rentals are disproportionately involved in traffic accidents. Bolt cars are famous in Latvia for being driven by minors, people under influence of alcohol and drugs, as well as generally dismissive and dangerous drivers. From my personal experience I come i contact with at least two reckless Bolt drivers per day. Bolt as a company seems incapable of securing the rentals to responsible drivers sometimes causing fatal car accidents in Riga. Third could be their scooters being parked on the driving lanes. This is extremely dangerous, and the company also has not shown any efficient methodology or care to avoid causing these situations. I have also dealt with the errors and bugs in navigation, setting up unprecise pickup and dropoff locations for taxi drivers causing headache for both clients and drivers. This is excluding the fact that bolt taxi drivers have complained to me , a customer, how they are underpaid and ripped off. At this point, in my eyes, this app and company in general is irredeemable and should be removed from the app store, as well as from Latvia, due to their "incompetence".

At first bolt was amazing but a year go strange transactions started happening someone from bolt was taking my money from my account, at first it was only a few cents but in the last two days the person took 20€ a day,and the person took alot of money from me, i contacted bolt but they werent any help AT ALL a bot was replying to me, and all they said was to contact my bank. Their customer service is really bad and not helpful at all, so before downloading bolt think about your data safety.

Sorry, but your customer service is a disappointment, not only it took so long to get some kind of reply from your side, but the support team was constantly closing my ticket and wishing me "good evening" when the problem was not solved. This was my second problem with bolt which was quite straight forward, but support team made a mess out of it.

I have a lot of problems with calling a taxi. They force me to order at a higher price. The taxi never comes.
