The drivers are friendly and nice and what I like most about Bolt is the safety and the fast service. I haven’t gone through any inconveniences or problems using Bolt but the prices might be a bit overpriced

Didn’t receive all the rest of my money
I booked a taxi in the morning and when i arrived at my destination he tooked a time to give my money back like he was searching for money.. anyways since im in rush i tooked my money without seeing how much . After 4 mins i realised that’s messing 10Dinars , so i called and he told me that he is far away he will call me back since then i called him too many times and he didn’t answer. His lisence plate number is :234TU5877

Mauvais trajet
Le chauffeur m’a déposé a une mauvaise adresse. Pas celle que j’ai indiqué lors de ma prise . Il n utilise pas google maps pour suivre mon trajet , il me dépose loin de quelques kilomètres et il n’as pas voulu attendre avec moi pour trouver la bonne adresse. J’étais frustré de l’endroit et j’ai due marché à pied 🥲 déçue déçue déçue je désinstalle l’application pour ce qui m’étais arrivée.

This app is inhumane and shows nothing but how unfair life is ! I’ m not exaggerating i know it s just an app and just a cab but let s talk about the fact that when u need an urgent ride and you re running out of time to ho to a hospital , work , school you could wait for more than an hour so the situation forces you to use this app. Besides the fact that the price is *3 the driver will ask you where are u going ? Like excuse me use your damn phone i paid triple and you re dealing with me as if i took a normal cab ? Second of all , how rude the drivers are ? I feel like i have to remind them on each ride that they re not doing me a favor but they re doing their job and getting extra money for it that i don t approve ! Let s not talk about the price that changes automatically when the driver decides to take a longer way to ‘ avoid crowded routes ‘ This app is nothing but pure evil !
