Bolt drivers should not be allowed to accept rides when they’re still dropping off someone else. Or if they do, reduce the fare! When it’s the passenger that’s late, there’s like a 2-minute waiting time and there will be extra charges. But if the driver makes you wait for 15 minutes, oh well, you must be grateful coz at least they came.
Every time we book a bolt to endorse to another destination, the driver always decides himself from where to pick us up. This happened not once, not twice, but every single time we book a bolt! They even charge us money for no reason at all, ending up with no refund. I bring this attention to the company as this is a serious matter.
Absolute rubish. You dont cancel on a ride to a client who might be rushing to airport. Indian Scummers

I use bolt a lot but it’s not affordable anymore… the same trip went from 10 euro to 18 euro…. Stop doing this I’m going to an other taxi service if this continues!!!!!
They don’t want to accept if the ride is not that long
I’ve used Bolt Taxi Service several times, and I have to say, the lack of customer service is incredibly disappointing. It’s not the first time I’ve had issues, but the experience just keeps getting worse. Many of the drivers are rude and unprofessional, which makes the rides frustrating and unpleasant. Every time I use the service, I find myself getting more and more disappointed. Bolt really needs to step up their game and address these issues because, at this rate, it’s hard to justify continuing to use them. Was trying to get to work and when I ordered the taxi driver called me to check where I was going after u confirmed hi just canceled and transfer me to wait for another driver unconvinced specially when you are in a hurry going to work etc… in the morning going to work as well I was trying to get a taxi and the price is unbelievable high comparing to other cab companies I could take a taxi with a bit less than half the price.
