سوء معاملة

I am a l ways like to book by booking

Booking reviews is deceptive and misleading take car I made a hotel reservation on April 2025 and hotel with drew the money and when I went there I found not hotel but dirty furnished rooms without any name on building outside the strange is booking give them rating 10 this reviews all written in May after my complain the not see rating 1and 2 they don’t realize it . The name Hayyam46otel in Istanbul Turkey اخواني احذروا من تقييمات بوكينج فهي ليست دقيقه لقد حجزت عن طريقم في فندق هيام ٤٦اوتل بسبب تقييم غير دقيق فهو وصل لتقييم ١٠وهو لايستحق أصلا درجه ٢فهو ليس فندق بل غرف مفروشه قذره ومعامله موظفين سيئه وارسلت لبوكينج ولم يهتم وحدف ايقونه التقييم بحجه إلغاء الحجز وأنا قد أقمت بالغرفه بالفعل ولم يهتم بشكوتي احذروا احزروا

A complete letdown. Zero is too generous

It was very quick and easy booking hotel

للاسف تم سحب مني مبلغ غير مستحق ومن دون مبرر و لم اتلقى اي رد من الموظفين لمده طويله، لا اظن انني سأكرر التجربة معهم
