Well done

I’ve been using this app for several years, even making more than 10 bookings per year. However, on one occasion, I had a reservation for three nights and the hotel canceled it because my flight was delayed. I had been in contact with them as soon as I found out about the delay, but they stopped responding and then canceled the fully paid three-night stay at midnight just because I couldn’t check in within the expected time frame. Booking.com did not support us, despite the fact that I had already paid for the other two nights and the hotel offered no help. Terrible service.

It’s a big lesson for me don’t pay this property advance never get back and will loose all cash I lost huge money

Comfort & convenient

Very sad with the service booked a room in Barcelona ended without a room in the street waiting for 3 hours trying to call the customer service and asked to book again with other money ended in the street very poor customer service never trusting or recommending this app plans got canceled time got wasted

So far everything has gone great with booking procedure

We really found the place to be comfortable and nice. The rooms are very nicely decorated, clean, and central location. Very friendly, helpful, and personalised service. Very highly recommendable!
