I recently ordered food from PF Chang's using the Deliveroo app, and unfortunately, it was a highly disappointing experience from start to finish. Firstly, the quality of the food was abysmal. I ordered three Mongolian beef dishes, but what I received was dry, stinky beef that was far from appetizing. Additionally, the side dishes of white rice were missing altogether, despite being listed on the menu. This lack of attention to detail reflects poorly on PF Chang's quality control. To make matters worse, the food arrived cold, indicating it had been sitting for a considerable time before delivery. This not only affected the taste but also raised concerns about food safety. Furthermore, the delivery was significantly delayed, further adding to the frustration of the entire experience. As a paying customer, I expect timely and efficient service, which was sorely lacking in this instance. Attempting to address these issues with Deliveroo's customer service was equally disappointing. Despite explaining the multiple problems with my order, I was met with a dismissive attitude and a refusal to refund the missing items. The handling of my concerns was unprofessional and left me feeling disregarded as a customer. Overall, my experience with PF Chang's via Deliveroo was nothing short of a letdown. I would caution others against ordering from them until these issues are addressed and improved upon.

Long time to get to the order part After we ordered for 9 hungry athletic kids, the app says that this restaurant doesn’t deliver to our hotel We got so hungry after a loooong day in the skating rink. 😠😡

The most affordable and variety of food and products

- Counter-intuitive in several ways, most notable being that there’s no clear way to access my shopping basket from the home screen. - Took several times to successfully update my order, for some reason the app was content with an item I had mistakenly added to the basket. - Was awarded a voucher as soon as I opened the app for the first time, yet when I opened the voucher code section so I could apply it to my order, it was empty. - Slow response time while I was paying and had me thinking that the payment failed at first or that the app just glitched. - Overall underwhelming experience and gives the feel of a project whipped up in the waning weeks of an undergrad software development course.

This is the worst app i ever used, totally wrong estimation time, wrong order status. It shows me order is delivering however it has not reached the restaurant.
