In the first place they are not able to support any external numbers different from Italian. Reaching support is even harder, you need to register for that, if you would think to call them good luck, they only know italian, no english. Even thought in the email you are getting it is cleary state in english that you could reach support trought phone.

The orders is coming plus 1 hour or more late

It’s a pity that I didn’t get my first order discount with you code UAE50AED . I entered it but the total order’s price was the same. Question “ what for your system offer a discount it doesn’t work? ‘

I am a tourist in Italy, and don’t have Italian number. Why I can’t provide my personal number. Take example from bolt, for them is not a problem if you are a tourist and using your country’s phone.

Worst app. Dont use it. Ordered food never came to mee. Suck.

Delivery guys didn’t come to my location at all ,I was told he tried reaching me and couldn’t but I called him asking location he said he will deliver within a min but never came ,and support simply said since we called and couldn’t reach I will be charged, Always use cash on delivery with this guys or you will loose money

As someone who made 800+ orders with food delivery apps, I was expecting superior user experience from market leader. Advanced search filters are not doing their job. You can filter by dietary options: Halal, Kosher, Vegan… but there is no option to filter results by category: Dinner, Lunch, Cosmetics. So you are left with scrolling 200 category tags. Looks like support process could be improved. 2 out of 3 items were missing from my first ever order. I submitted the form and received “Sorry, nothing we can do” type of messge. I then contacted support myself and I was told that they will issue a refund (maybe) in 24-48 hours. At the end of chat there was no option to rate the conversation (or I missed it, or you don’t track most important agent KPIs). I think average response time is tracked, as support agent was super motivated to end the conversation. I am open minded and I can give more feedback, but first time experience was terrible in comparison to Uber Eats, Wolt or other apps.

Buggy promotion system

It keeps updating delivery time, initially it shows a reasonable delivery time and once you order it keeps updating, and extending it. Huge disappointment

Really slow delivery… very disappointing…
