My order was not delivered to me. The courier did not speak a word of English and did not respond to messages. It was not possible to deliver the order. The biggest disappointment is that the support team wrote to me that they were sorry but I will not receive the money or the order. Horrible service and shame on you.

App stopped working, literally says that any action I do is a mistake. And now I can’t even delete from my phone. It doesn’t give me such option, only to remove it from home screen. I didn’t know it’s even possible (((

!!! Food will never come and they won’t give you refund !!!

This is absolutely appalling! I wasted three precious hours of my life waiting for food that never arrived! And to add insult to injury, the app falsely claimed that my order was delivered – a blatant lie! They haven't even bothered to refund my money for this nightmare. No apologies, no discounts – just zero care for customers! Deliveroo, this isn't just bad service, it's utter chaos! I'm extremely disappointed and will never use this app again.

We ordered from this app, food never came, they didn’t even try to communicate with us they just said I called you but they never did and so we were with no food and no money back

They always processong my order 1,5 hour and after they cancel it. (I tried to order 4 times and 4 out of 4 times this happened) Worst food app ever.
