Don’t use it! Irresponsible app!
I never used Deliveroo until today. First and last time.
Im from Brazil and Im visiting London.
Once unfortunately iFood doesn’t work here, I had the bad luck to order with Deliveroo.
I paid almost 18 GPB, the rider tryed to talk to me, the app bugged, doesnt open and out of nowhere the order was written as delivered.
What?? Im in a hotel, I was at the reception and nobody saw the rider, because he was not there, neither appeared. There are cams to prove it.
The worst is starting a chat with the Deliveroo and they say that my money will not be refunded. I dont receive the food, the rider didnt show up and the took my money.
I will sue the app and post everywhere what they did.
Be careful with Deliveroo!! They are not trustworthy.
Worst CX ever
The app put the wrong address in my order, i tried to fix it, they said i couldnt, tried to talk to the cx, they said i could talk to the delivery person, i talked, he refused to deliver, i came back with the cx team and they said i’ve lost my money. And everything because of a bug in the app. Worst cx ever, never using it again.
UX horrible
On essaye de voir les détails de ce qu’on a demandé, on arrive pas. On essaye d’annuler, on ne peut pas. Ok ça marche. Mais au moins crée un bouton pour pouvoir parler au resto. C’est pas possible qu’il n’y a pas cette option là. Comment veux-tu qu’on dise quelque chose au resto comme ça? Et si on revient sur l’écran initial même avec des options dans le panier, il ne montre plus le panier. Regardez l’interface de Ifood et essayez de le suivre.

Do NOT user this app EVER! Worst service, worst drivers! They do NOT deliver your food and you have no way of complaining about the theft! Pigs!
Zero star to Deliveroo
Worse customer service!! You might think is good until you have some problem with your order. Deliveroo takes no responsibility whatsoever for any issue you may have with the restaurants, whilst they work with dishonest restaurants. Do not recommend, will NEVER use it again.

Terrible App! Just trouble and stress
The riders don’t speak English and make delivery difficult. They say they can't find your address and they simply won't deliver your food. And then when you try to report it the Deliveroo does not refund your money. You lose: your time, your money get hungry and angry.
