Deliveroo: Food & Shopping

I ordered from Delibro (WE Delibro app) and it was a complete disaster. Not only was my order incomplete, but there was zero accountability. No apology, no refund, no effort to fix it. Just pure disrespect for the customer. You guys seriously have no shame. If you can’t handle basic delivery, you have no right running a business. People are spending their hard-earned money, and you treat them like trash? This isn’t just a complaint. This is a wake-up call. Your management should be ashamed. This level of service is not only unprofessional—it’s pathetic. I hope someone from your team reads this and actually feels the embarrassment they deserve.

The person who delivered my order left the delivery at the front door, ignoring the fact that they are supposed to ring the doorbell. I contacted the manager and they kept ignoring me when I spoke about how the rider didn’t ring the doorbell, like how am I supposed to know the order is outside, what is someone took it. The manager has shown me how they don’t care about the customers as they did not give me a refund and they ended the chat on me. They won’t even ask the rider if they rang the doorbell or not because they know very well the rider didn’t ring the bell.

Ordered a papa johns pizza through deliveroo almost 2 hours ago and the delivery time kept getting later and later. Phone up papa John’s they said that no deliveroo driver has been assigned. Papa John’s tried to contact deliveroo and they can’t get through to them (of course). At the time of writing, I’m STILL waiting for my pizza and have paid for it. Do NOT order through deliveroo, because you won’t get your food.

This doesn’t translate well to takeaway. Portions are small and thankfully we ordered extra sauces for the curry otherwise it would have been dry. Nice food, tastes as expected just order more or you’ll be hungry

You guys get me excited about 12 pounds off on my first order and assured that it will be calculated at my first order and it wasn’t so I feel tricked! It was my first and last time I use deliveroo!

I have a new customer voucher so I added that and it made my order £12, so when I clicked to pay my order suddenly my card declined and then it took off the voucher and made the order £20 pounds again. I tried it again on my sisters phone and it did the same thing, said my card allegedly declined and then took off the voucher making it £20 again. And yes I’ve checked my account, I have more than enough money to pay for it..
