Checking in online with UA is simple and a good experience but not seeing the seat allocated to you first is not the best… it keeps you in an unnecessary suspense . Please look at that aspect again. Thanks very much. Using the app is makes it even more simpler …

When checking in online, I can't find the button "No Check Bags"

Your luggage prices are way too expensive.

There is so much stuff in this app that it’s hard to find the check in. Then I tried to pay for the bag not realizing I had click that my husband wasn’t checking one. Not easy to use

I love that airlines cooperate with one another. But, finding which domestically operated subs work with which internationals isn’t easy.
