The app itself is great and offers a lot of options, however as a seller the fees are too high - which also impacts buyers. When chatting with a seller we agreed on a sale price, however due to the HUGE fees vestiare take the seller was short $100+, which left me as a buyer with two options, either pay for an extra $100 or leave the sale completely. This has happened to me multiple times both as a buyer and a seller.

I purchased four items, two were never dispatched. According to the app, transaction should be automatically cancelled after 7 days - it wasn’t, it just hangs pending. They have my money and are ghosting me, deflecting the resolution. Also, the app is not secure. I wanted to update my email address - they requested a copy of my ID for that and did nothing. After an escalation they offered to change it manually - for that, they requested a set of data (address, orders, etc) to confirm my identity. This data was available in the app and they requested it through the in-app chat.

This company got too greedy, charging fees to the seller and buyer so the offers you get on your items almost halved. Deleting this app

Found something I liked and wanted to bag it, the app notified that I need to create an account to bag/save an item (fair enough) - ok, created an account and before I could even log in, the app notifies me that me my account has been suspended, no explanations, no further abilities to look into the issue. Attempted to log in three times with same issue. I deleted it straight after. Great app👏🏼

If you want to sell your $3,000 raincoat for $100, this is the place to do it. All they do is to recommend you lower your price. There’s no marketing tools, just visibility of your item(s) to their audience. Their audience just wants to buy at ridiculously low prices.

I recently sold a bag on this website, a bag which I had purchased from a designer store a few years ago. I had submitted all necessary documentation, and once the item had sold, I shipped out the item, only to be told that the bag was fake. I know for a fact that it was not a replica, as I had purchased it from the original store, and I had included everything from the original purchase. However, the "authenticators" that this site uses seem to think that they know better. Please heed my words, save yourself the hassle, and go buy and sell your luxury goods elsewhere. If I am not mistaken, I would even say that this is reminiscent of a scam, as I have now been asked to pay a sum for the return of my bag. The "customer service" is pathetic - a single person answering online to texts, not even a line to call with your problems. My $5000 bag, having been described as "inauthentic" is now sitting in transit somewhere in Hong Kong, waiting to "be destroyed".

Would give minus stars if could. Charged me twice for an order that didn’t process and won’t send goods. Numerous attempts to contact support have gone Unanswered.

Sold a valuable dress in next to perfect condition & sale cancelled as inspector said item had spots & yellow staining neckline & armpits & an odour. The odour was fabric freshener which we use on all our clothes as it’s beautiful & got the idea off an item we purchased from VC as it smelt beautiful. Can only find one very faint spot & a small one which was not there prior to shipping. Took dress to a process dry cleaners & they can’t see any staining where stated other than spots which said possibly tiny makeup or coffee spots. Dress was beautifully & safely boxed when shipped & returned all crushed in a DHL satchel so very poor form. To add insult to injury, had to pay close to $600 customs fee to get it back. Don’t recommend using this mob, not my 1st problem & if you do, photograph it & video it as think it’s a bit of a con.

You will love it! Open to offers and fast delivery! Been using it for years and never had a problem…once and I called them and it was rectified immediately!! Great service, just a great app!!
