I am trying to login but I am unable and no idea why. When trying to create an account i get the message that i already have one but when entering my credentials in login section I get access to my account suspended. Is there any customer support to help me fix this? Why is an account suspended?

I bought a bag a month ago, with reference 46323940….the seller sent the wrong bag to VC, and I’m still waiting for a refund. I’m trying to talk to them daily and no answer, just “please be patient, we will try to fix it”! The easiest way to fix, would be to cancel that order and proceed with the refund! As simple as that! Is not the buyer fault that the seller made a mistake! This situation is unethical and unprofessional for you, Vestiaire C and right now you act like a scam website with the buyers!

They scratched the shoes i sold on their website during the check process and have the nerve to tell me i sent them like this which is untrue! A bunch of incompetents from the customer service to the checking/authenticating. For what you charge these big commissions, to destroy people’s items and have that sh**** customer care? What a bad joke this company has become!

I've been using VC for the past two years. I have not had any problems; everything has been easy and good. However, my last order showed that the company is not ready to help if any difficulties arise. I placed an order on July 3 for a Miu Miu bag, but when the bag arrived in my country, I was not at home and could not receive it. Consequently, I did not receive the package. The VC website states that in such a case, the company should contact me and agree on another time for delivery, but none of this happened. For all my attempts to involve VC in solving my problem, I received only formal replies. In the end, after a week, the bag went back to the sender. I received a letter from VC saying that as soon as the sender receives it, I will get a refund. However, it's been over a month since the purchase, and I have neither the bag nor the money. The sender still did not take the bag from the postal office, and I don't understand why I have to suffer as a customer in this situation. I ordered the item, but it wasn't delivered to me. Just refund my money. I've written them emails, but all I get are the standard responses as if written by artificial intelligence. For myself, I realized that as long as you do not have problems with the item or delivery, you can use VC. However, when the first even minimal problem appears, they will not help you. The platform that I considered a guarantee of safe purchases and sales did not turn out to be such. I don't see the point of buying and selling through them anymore.

I listed an item and made a sell and needed to ship it to they warehouse for an examination, so I did. Bag was brand new, but they found a “flaw” and cancelled my sell, not only that but when shipping it back to me they write a wrong address and it was delivered to some other person! Think twice before selling with them

there are plenty of other reselling apps, don t get this one because you re going to pay a lot of taxes for no reason, they taxin everything and when you want to get support from the help section well that s just useless because they really can t help you with nothing ))

Terrible app, always had problems when trying to pay anything.

I tried using the app ONCE in my life. I don’t usually buy second hand clothes, and don’t actually sell things, but I wanted to offload a pair of UGG’s that were a size smaller. I UPLOADED ALL THE PICTURES THEY ASKED FOR, I UPLOADED THE PROOF OF PURCHASE, THE RECEIPT. THE REFUSED THE ITEM. It was original! Don’t ever use the app. Vestiare Collective is a SCAM
