Today I’m not able to login, which means I m not able to send query to customer service also.
I am a new seller. I advertised on Ig and I remarked that only sell in VC account only. A black college student named Mahogany Joy on Instagram who claims to be a traveler, at the same time bid me a bag with another buyer. Later, Mahogany Joy opened two accounts to bid this bag (because she asked me on Instagram if she can using more account to get new user 10%off) She also said that both accounts were his own.Anyway I also totally accepted her bid, but she did not pay immediately, and then it was bought by buyer B. The next day, a horrible thing happened. This customer used another account and left a message with another color handbag of the same model as mine. “Why that you have so many colors and it doesn’t seem real”. After that, I refuted it back to her on comment ; and I went to customer service and asked to delete the message because I thought it would affect other buyers' purchasing intentions, but then the customer service replied and asked me to report it myself. Of course I don't have the time to do such boring things, so I ignored that message. The next day, something terrible happened again. My account was adjusted to vacation mode to 1966 (yes,it’s 1966)for no reason. Later I found out that someone reported me for suspected counterfeit sales. After that, I went through more than 10 days of emails and customer service communications, during which I had already I showed them the purchase records of certain goods and product certificates. I had clearly shown the receipts and other proofs. In the end, they still replied that there was suspicious activity and other accounts, and then wanted to close my account. In the end, this horrible person may have had a guilty conscience and adjusted his account to private mode, and deleted his self-introduction.
Man, let me tell you about my experience with this app. It was a total nightmare, bro. Their guidelines were all over the place and didn't even mention that I needed a receipt for every bag I wanted to sell. What a rookie move! I wasted so much time trying to figure out why my sales were getting rejected. Talk about a major headache, man. And don't even get me started on their customer service. It was straight-up garbage. The staff was rude as hell and took forever to respond. Every time a new random staff member showed up, I had to go through my whole problem again. Like, seriously? Can't they read the conversation history? It was like talking to a brick wall, bro. But the worst part? They couldn't solve a damn thing. No matter how many times I tried to get them to fix my issue, they just didn't care. It was like they were going through the motions without any intention of helping their customers. Total letdown, man.
Be careful, seems VC allow sellers selling fake items. I have bought an items at VC, but I found out the signature mark and caring label were missed. I have contacted VC team and send all the proof to them, but they just don’t want to do a refund. They have send me a report which shows the “ brand size option group” are compliant, but the size should be shown on a caring label if it is an authentic items. I have emphasised this problem again, but they choose not to face my problem. Never trust VC again!
Im unable to login after the update and it has been over a wk now…It says access to my account has beeb suspended? Need someone to help here
I have sold and bought items before through this app but have also experienced situations where the sold items were returned to me with insufficient explanations (and yes, my items were authentic and in good conditions), even I have raised my questions by emails, they remain unanswered. It was a waste of time and if this continues I will just sell my items using another website.
Was excited about the shopping but turn out the so called quality control and authentication took almost four working days! Can’t see the reason why they kept my bag for such a long time - plus a rubbish customer service. Thanks but no thanks - no next time and won’t recommend to any friends given the buyer fee is not cheap AT ALL!
I placed my two orders 5 days ago. I got an email confirmations. But today when I opened the app the orders are GONE. I tried to talk to their CS “Chat with me”. He said I login with another email so the ORDERS WERE SENT TO OTHER BUYER!! Then they disappeared.
They banned my chat but this should normally be resumed after 24 hours. Even 4 days later the chat function still couldn’t be activated No follow up and no response from customer service even they made strong promise Eventually they made me lose two transactions!!!!!!!!!!
