This used to be my go-to shopping site. Everything has always worked except a few bugs in the app. But ever since they entered the stock market, everything has drastically fallen in quality. You’ll never reach a resolution to a problem with a human being. Most text is AI generated; even pictures explaining fault in items is AI generated. Good luck getting an actual answer if you have a question about anything. - and don’t even get me started on the response rate.
Overall good but the shipping is often quite expensive. Also a big drawback that you can not bundle items from the same seller and save on the shipping cost.
I downloaded the app and I tried to sell two items. Both times my items were not approved because they said they were fakes. They are not.
I sold an item two months ago and i still haven’t gotten my money.. talked to customer service 5 times but it’s the worst help ever!! Don’t sell on the platform, they will not help you get the money if they get lost
Seems good, but have so far taken nearly 5 days to sort an issue that should be simple. Seems too expensive in fees for the level of services…
I wrote this once before, but you managed to make it even worse. Now there seems to be no way to avoid your annoying algorithm. I am still better at knowing what I like than you are! You only take everything I looked at or liked and present it as if you figured something out. PLEASE JUST LET ME LOOK AT WHAT IS OFFERED FOR SALE WITHOUT INTERRUPTION 😠😠😠

Overall a greatly designed app, but your notification settings (in-app) aren’t respected. And how come a clothing app cannot figure out even the most basic in regard of shoe-sizes? Only allowing to use American sizes makes it cumbersome to search when you want a EU 40.5 which is not irregular for many fashion brands. Edit to response: There is no “My informations” option where you describe its supposed to be. It’s under “My details” and the right information is set with no luck.
They are routinely not keeping their promises, deceive and being completely unhelpful in their customer service but this last time is really the icing on the cake. My package was attempted to be delivered to the buyer 3 times, it was the last attempt before they are sending it back. I contacted customer service to figure something out about it. They said wait a couple of more days before they can do anything. At that point I already experienced how dogwater their customer service is so I contacted the buyer to figure out the problem he explained to me that he changed address and didn’t update it. I let them know the update. They still don’t do anything. I contact the courier to let them know then myself. What do I get from them a day after? A F-ING CHAT BAN FOR VIOLATING THEIR PRINCIPLES. Well Done! You really did your best!!
