You can only search brands so im confused

Vendi um par de tênis na Vestiaire Collective e, por precaução, sempre tiro fotos dos itens antes de enviá-los. Após o envio, mesmo antes do pedido chegar ao cliente, fui bloqueado por ele. Entrei em contato com o suporte da Vestiaire Collective para questionar por que não conseguia me comunicar com o cliente. Alguns dias depois, quando os tênis chegaram ao cliente, ele danificou os tênis e alegou à Vestiaire Collective que estavam usados, ignorando o fato de que, se realmente estivessem, haveria marcas de uso no solado. A Vestiaire Collective não solicitou nenhuma prova e simplesmente aceitou a reclamação do cliente, permitindo a devolução, mesmo eu tendo fotos dos tênis tiradas uma hora antes de entregá-los no ponto de coleta. Em vez dos meus tênis, recebi em casa um par de calças! Gravei a abertura do pacote como prova. Apesar disso, acabei sem receber meu dinheiro nem meus tênis. Solicitei que a Vestiaire Collective entrasse em contato com a empresa de entrega, considerando a diferença de peso entre as calças e os tênis, mas o suporte mostrou-se incompetente e nem se deu ao trabalho de verificar o peso antes da entrega, nem considerou a possibilidade de o item ter sido danificado propositalmente para o cliente se beneficiar da política de devolução e obter um par de tênis grátis.

Vestiaire sold me a fake gucci jackie (plastic) and when confronted with it they gaslight me saying that the bag is original so no refund is allowed and they will put the bag for sell on my account and then they will pay me (minus their commission). The bag was not cheap and now i don't have the bag ( not that i want it ) neither the money. unless they refund me i'm taking legal action. I'm already checking lawyers in Paris so if anybody wants to join to do a mutual process against vestiaire you are more than welcome.

Seller’s description of items for sale are misleading and tantamount to false advertising. More importantly, don’t expect Vestaire to solve/investigate/resolve blatant reports of false advertising and a seller misleading the public nor with faulty products purchased on this site. I bought an Louis Vuitton wallet advertised as never worn and worn a date stamp. When it arrived it resembled nothing of what was advertised by the seller and had a missing date stamp which was verified by the VC authentication team. The seller has not been sanctioned and my wallet was re-listed without my consent leaving me out of pocket 400€! AVOID AT ALL COST UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE OUT OF POCKET FOR A FAKE DESIGNER ITEM AND A VICTIM OF FRAUD.

The fees are outrageous and honestly too much. You can’t edit the description of a listing which is absurd and can’t send pictures of something when messaging another member. These 3 points are major pain points for a user.

I’ve purchased at least twice items that were no longer available…

Although Vinted does not look so good yet, it is a million times better in terms of shipping as commissions both for buyers and for sellers. Vestiaire became greedy and now we pay huge amounts for transportations (better study the competition to understand what they are doing better than you) and for authentication, that is not required by the buyer at all times and sometimes it feels like you impose it on the consumer. If you want that to be a value proposition for your brand than charge less/ don’t. Your app is only useful if we buy a luxury product because we can have a couple more eyes on it before we purchase it. And that is that. A revolting example: I was interested in a dress that costs, 17€, the transportation is 15 and authentication is 11. I am buying a 17€ product for 39€. Zero sense. And! the seller won’t even get those 17€, they will have deducted about 20% of the sale price! So terrible for both parties. Only great for vinted since they will get 29,4€ from this sale - minus transportation (about 5/6€ with vinted) and minus labor. Even with that the percentage of their gains is huge! This site became too greedy and now is horrible both for the buyer and the seller. Vinted studyed the lesson better than you guys in terms of distribution and business model. You need to step up.

How can I regain access to my Facebook account?

This new update from the beginning of April makes the app look awful. Terrible UI really. Now the only thing that people notice are the prices that got lower. You don’t notice the seller badges, if it’s “greener” because of the location, it has this weird divisions between items… You are supposed to upgrade the UX and UI, no downgrade it.
