They will refuse to refund you for a flawed item and instead will relist it against your wishes.
It is not possible to send pictures in seller buyer chat. I bought a bag and the seller informed me that there was a stain. I asked to se a picture on another platform and was permanently banned. I had no intention of making the purchase on another platform.
Order was not shipped. Customer support, although friendly, could not do anything to help but refer to automatic email telling seller to send. Order was cancelled without them contacting seller, no control over business. Also, I could not review the seller so they can just keep f-ing up peoples hopes of the item arriving soon.

As a seller, you don’t earn enough because you greedy people take almost all the money. As a result, the buyers get unreasonably high prices for second hand clothing, plus the cost of taxes and shipping. I bought a pair of leather pants a month ago, and even though I paid so much for the shipping, it came with rips not shown in the pictures and they were not the size it should have been in. Ugly as hell also. I don’t j’adore this app. Will not be recommending it to anyone.
I have looked at several bags that cost 30 thousand Swedish kronor then are for sale for triple the price. So you have to be careful so you don't get scammed
I bought a bag that was in bad condition so I got a return. I was out of country and they didn't gave me one more day to send it. When I then sent it on the seven day(had to drive long to find an open DHL) they accepted it but now they just cancelled the return and I will not get my money back!
Latest update - some unnecessary interface changes caused the notification ticker on the app icon to stay on until you check every notification including someone liking your item! UPD. Another update and the problem with not showing the date on which the item WAS SOLD not solved! It took the customer service a couple of weeks of back and forth messages with me to even understand what the issue is! It looks like no one there knows English and they are just using google translate which causes constant confusion and misunderstanding. It doesn’t show the date an item was sold on anymore :( UPD in response to VC’s comment: it doesn’t show the sale date anywhere after one of the latest updates. I can’t attach a screenshot here unfortunately.
There is no answer when someone open chat with them they don’t answer they let you waiting and you don’t got right answer be careful
