Automatically Renew 🙃
It stated that they will automatically renewed the program for you after 14 day free trial. The expire day of mine is 1 Oct, but they charged on 30th Sep, and “ automatically” “ chose” ONE-YEAR program for me. I notice that they actually have 3 month package. And it’s lots of money I would say. My questions are, Who gives you the right to choose such package for me? Are you so lazy to send one notification email before you charge to clients? It’s just really disrespectful and all this makes me feel sick of your app. Bye.
