Y I’ve been given subscription without asking me
Worst customer service
So the auto renewal charged by card ad deduced the entire years subscription. I canceled the subscription within 30 minutes from when this happened and now the customer service refuses to give me my refund. I am amazed at how this company is grabbing every opportunity they get to grab on to the money that comes in. Extremely disappointed.

Must have in your fitness collection. App is very friendly and easy to use it.
NO SOUND
how am i supposed to know what to do when there is no trainers voice guiding me, it is really hard to watch the video and do the exercise at the same time, and i paid for this app
Disappointing!
The app is good when it comes to doing a preset workout designed by others . The workouts are short but not sure if the Calories burnt are realistic figures. They seem exaggerated to me! There are quite a few menu options but there’s no way one can track calories. The app claims that counting calories isn’t important but what if you log 2 meals from the app and then have something not listed in their menu list. I just lost track and also my focus. The application does not predict your weight loss. I was just wondering how long it would take to get to my target weight. I spent quite a lot on purchasing the app but am very disappointed!
