Great app, keeps you motivated and works around your schedule
Im really enjoying the workouts. I like the fact that i have a program to follow and i twist it a bit with weights etc.
Amazing application 💕 It is helping me keep track as well as supporting me all the way.... It is the best application I used till now... I recommend this for sure !!
cancel instructions are endless loop
I had this app over five years ago and found out they are still charging me for it. I have tried cancelling many times and they always say it’s canceled but then I see a charge a year later. They will scam you.
There was a data breach and my username and password were compromised. I discovered through NordPass and never received a notification from this company or the app.
I’d give this 3.5 stars if I could. Or 4 for the workouts but 3.5 for the app itself. As far as exercise goes, it’s been really useful and helpful. I like being able to choose a 20 min workout or do 10 min of strength on lower body and then add another 10 min circuit of core, for example. The circuit/set workouts are straight to the point and no nonsense. I don’t use them for yoga at all. I tried a couple classes, and it was… odd? I used to teach yoga and have done serious yoga for years. I’m open to different styles, and I can do bare bones yoga with little instruction, because I know how to do yoga. That being said: the yoga classes I tried were VERY bare bones and I think would be difficult for beginners. The audio was also not great quality. But it’s fine. My biggest issue with this app is, possibly, I’ve been spoiled by apps like Glo, which have robust search features. I hate that on 8-fit, I can only scroll endlessly through one category and “heart” them. But there’s no east way to create lists or saved classes that I can go to directly (versus scrolling the entire category every time - what’s the point of favoriting if you can only see them in the full list?) And I wish the search feature was more robust. I’d like to search something like “bands,” “10 minutes,” and “arms.” As it stands now, I can only tap on the “bands” category and then scroll scroll scroll through all the bands classes each time. It’s also be great if you could make your own playlist. I do a ten minute lower body class, and then I have to stop, scroll scroll scroll again, find a core class I want to add, and then restart. I’d love to create a playlist where I can just add two or three classes to play one after another automatically so that I don’t have to stop and keep searching. TLDR; the workouts are great, the yoga is odd but ok. The app itself and the organization is super clunky, though.
I like this app but I paid for a month and there is no recipes. I was just wondering why. Or do I have to pay more for the recipes. Please let me know thank you
I’m starting off after a long time not exercising. This app starts off slowly and works up to whatever you are wanting.
