Great app overall

I really love it, it’s easy to use. recipes are tasty, filling, and easy to prepare. It connects to the health app in my iphone as well which make it all the better. Also their customer service is great. One thing i would recommend to get 5 star rating would be to connect the app to the apple watch to see my workout and step count in the app would be marvelous. Overall great app, lots of time and energy were put into making it and it’s worth it.

WHY DO YOU HAVE TO PAY MEMBERSHIP IN EVERY APP LIKE PEOPLE IM BROKE LET ME WORK OUT FOR FREE,now that i’m calmer i gave up working out after my first workout and ended up eating a whole jar of Nutella but i don’t regret it really working out isn’t for me even if all my friends encouraged me so ima keep eating my Nutella and also i’m gonna eaton after this to show how much i appreciate me getting up working out then writing a review

Need audio instructions

Hi, though the exercises are good and helpful, we do not have any audio instructions. It is super helpful rather than constantly looking at screens n getting positions right

Good app but stretching is glitching

Good overall, however there is a very annoying glitch in the stretching part-when there’s an exercise for the left hand/arm, the following one is not necessarily coming for the right one, the app might just jump to a totally different exercise. Developers, please fix this one and the app will be perfect

I’ve been using 8fit for a long time and to be honest the workouts are perfect💯.Its good for workouts, meals and stretching! It’s sauitable for everyone at any age! (Must be more than 13 years old and above) DOWNLOAD IT!!!

Amazing exercises

I love the exercises tht are given to me not to mention they also got a warmup before ur main exercises and stretches after u finish exercising id definitely recommend this app to anyone who wants to be fit or gain. 👌
