Pretty happy with it
I just started this app and I love the workouts, I wish they were a little longer but apart from that all is great.

Workouts are short and effective. As I know they don’t take long and they work I’ve done them most days for the last six weeks and I’m seeing a difference.

Easy to follow comprehensive workouts with warm-ups & cooling down!
Really love the full set! Easy to follow even the first time, and you can feel the workouts targeting areas that need training!

Multiple entries out from nowhere
I’ve been using this app for the past 6 months and I loved it but I found they logged “multiple entries” (more than a few) which I haven’t made in my weight profile and deletion on those entries is impossible. Can you please fix it? Other than that, it’s a perfect app to keep in the long run.

Bad app and automatically changes u
It’s a bad app and it won’t refund the deposit after it automatically changes u without asking for ur permission!! Very disappointed at the developer’s style of doing business!!!
Would be nice to have widget
A widget to show the calendars and days i work out would be great. Instead of going into profile to check each time. Thanks
