I am considering to subscribe to this app but I could not hear the sound of the video. What’s wrong?
Don’t look further! This is the app!
I tried different apps before choosing 8fit and I found this one to be the most helpful and complete app of all. It keeps you motivated, you don’t feel you are “on a diet” because all the recipes are delicious and when you don’t like something or don’t have the ingredients you can change to another similar recipe with the same amount calories. You can also do the same with the exercise, I have a problem in my right wrist and I can always replace the exercise to one that works for the same muscles but won’t hurt me. Apart from this, you can change the level of the workouts if they are too hard or too easy for you. Finally, I love that you added meditation and extra exercise programs. BEST HEALTH APP!!!
Appropriate level
The app helps you to start up after a period of non-activity on a responsible level and in a very diverse way. Even the free app offers you a proper work out schedule. Easily 5-stars!

Scam, say 14 day trial but book a year
I signed up within the app and got a message that only at sign-up I would get a free 14 day trial period and then yearly subscription. I agreed, got led into the app and then already the yearly fee was deducted. I went and cancelled the subscription same day, but money was gone and expiration date not after the 14 day trial but after a year. I didn't even get to try this for free nor cancel the subscription within this so-called trial period. Would never have agreed to that as I did only want to check it out,not yet pay for a year. Very bad money making scam in my eyes and now I am not even interested in this stupid app anymore.

I really like the app, but its not perfect for me. This is a app for home-trainers, i go to the gym so i can do way more exercises. Im also really looking for healthy prep meals with alot of chicken.
