Installed this APP according to ptoduct description. However my DR-500GW can not be connected. Any special way to connect?

BlackVue Cloud is a dedicated service for BlackVue users that allows you to access your BlackVue from anywhere at any time. Creating a BlackVue Cloud account is simple and free. After creating an account, you can register your Cloud-compatible BlackVue in the app and configure it to connect to your hotspot.

I'd like to see more time lapse options.
I would like to see the addition of the options of one every 0.5 seconds and one every 0.2 seconds, as one time lapse per second for parking surveillance may not capture the moment of a collision.
I think the renewal failed
Great service, but disappointed with this redesign. 1. It became difficult to see the current location icon of the car. Previously, the icon was small and it was easy to see where you were running, but the icon has become larger and the location indicated by the balloon is quite difficult to understand. The previous one was definitely better. 2. No need to share other users' videos. I wonder who wants this feature? I bought it to know the situation of my car, and I have no interest in how other people drive. You can also stream it on YouTube. The app was cluttered and very inconvenient. 3. The admin user's email address can never be changed. The e-mail address linked to the payment cannot be changed again, and it is necessary to delete the registration once. Of course the record will be deleted. This is my first experience with this setting. I am satisfied with the drive recorder, but the app design is terrible. Hope it improves.
not work on iPhone12
after updated, this app suddenly crashes always.
They fix the issue with Direct WiFi
After update to iOS 13, even the time with 13 beta, the connect between phone and Wifi became very frustrating. Phone could connect to wifi and the app keep telling user that phone is not connect to device. But they fix it within a week after iOS 13 release. Please keep the app up to date. Great job.
Annoying self-promoting advertisements
(Ver2.89)They've removed the advertisements. It was really a bad move only offending the users who had already paid high prices for their hardwares. (Ver2.88)This application forces users to see 15 second self promoting advertisements for every footage. To avoid them, you need to upgrade to paid plans which cost at least $9.99 a month. Quite expensive.

What a joke this brand is along with the app! It should be simple yet it is absolutely ridiculously difficult and it never works property ! For an item that is for emergency situations it is NOT reliable
Very poor…
I only successfully connected to the camera via wifi once. I think other than the most expensive price, the company wants to get more from the subscription. Good camera but disappointing app

But I can’t. So I give it a 1. Poor poor quality app. Terrible navigation, and user interface experience. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Don’t even buy a BlackVue honestly, this app lets the whole brand down!
