Description

Citrix Workspace app lets you access your SaaS, web apps, mobile, virtual apps, files, and desktops to help you be as productive on the go as you are in the office. If your company uses Citrix, you have the freedom to work on your favourite device from wherever you are. Just ask your IT department how to get started.
HOW TO USE CITRIX Workspace app
1. Open Citrix Workspace app and tap on Get Started.
2. Enter the Server or email address as instructed by Your IT Help Desk or system administrator.
3. Enter your User Name and Password.
4. Select the applications you want to use.
5. For adding multiple accounts, navigate to Settings and tap on Manage Accounts.
6. For Deleting/Editing Account already added navigate to Settings and tap on the Store.
HOW TO REPORT AN ISSUE TO CITRIX - Please contact your company's IT support team before following these steps:
Option 1
1. Open Citrix Workspace app and tap 'Settings' and then 'Support'.
2. Tap 'Request Help from Support'; This generates an email with log file.
3. Send the email to your company's IT support team.
Option 2
1. In the App Store, go to Citrix Workspace
2. Tap 'Reviews' and then tap 'App Support' found at the bottom right of the screen.
3. This launches the Citrix support forum where you can review reported issues OR
4. To report issues, tap the menu icon and create an account first.

M4 iPad Keyboard Issues

I’m shocked that the newer iPad magic keyboards aren’t compatible with this app. You would think this would be a top priority to fix. Absolutely useless until they fix this.

Overall a great experience using this app. One issue that needs to be addressed: When using the Apple Magic Keyboard with my iPad M4 - Citrix does not recognize my mouse pointer and I have to navigate without any indication of where my pointer is located. Interestingly, there is no issue when doing this through a “split” view alongside another app. Please update and fix the app as I would really love to be able to use my mouse normally in the app. I’m sure this is a quick bug fix! Thank you!

The app is unusable as the iPad magic keyboard trackpad is not recognized. The cursor moves for a few seconds and then stops moving at all. It’s a shame because, otherwise, it seems to be a good solution for those hoping to chart on their iPad.

Citrixxxx!!! You need to push an update to fix the trackpad/Keyboard, when logging into my persistent virtual machine through Citrix workspace IOS app. I can’t keep using a Bluetooth mouse to utilize the app! PLEASE FIX THIS ASAP!!!! IT IS INCONVENIENT TO USE A BLUETOOTH MOUSE

For some reason this app does not work with the new m4 iPad and the Magic Keyboard. Otherwise id be giving it a fantastic rating.

iPad Pro M4 Trackpad Not Working

Like others recently have shared, the magic keyboard for the new iPad Pro M4 is not functioning properly when using Workspace. Definitely frustrating that this has not been fixed to date.

Incompatibilities with M4 iPads

Citrix Workspace does not work correctly with the M4 iPad Pro’s Magic Keyboard. No control of the pointer with the MK’s trackpad.
