Citrix Workspace app lets you access your SaaS, web apps, mobile, virtual apps, files, and desktops to help you be as productive on the go as you are in the office. If your company uses Citrix, you have the freedom to work on your favourite device from wherever you are. Just ask your IT department how to get started.
HOW TO USE CITRIX Workspace app
1. Open Citrix Workspace app and tap on Get Started.
2. Enter the Server or email address as instructed by Your IT Help Desk or system administrator.
3. Enter your User Name and Password.
4. Select the applications you want to use.
5. For adding multiple accounts, navigate to Settings and tap on Manage Accounts.
6. For Deleting/Editing Account already added navigate to Settings and tap on the Store.
HOW TO REPORT AN ISSUE TO CITRIX - Please contact your company's IT support team before following these steps:
Option 1
1. Open Citrix Workspace app and tap 'Settings' and then 'Support'.
2. Tap 'Request Help from Support'; This generates an email with log file.
3. Send the email to your company's IT support team.
Option 2
1. In the App Store, go to Citrix Workspace
2. Tap 'Reviews' and then tap 'App Support' found at the bottom right of the screen.
3. This launches the Citrix support forum where you can review reported issues OR
4. To report issues, tap the menu icon and create an account first.

Works fine on IOS 18, but through successive Beta releases of 18.2 and now what is probably the RC version, the desktop comes up and shortly thereafter, it crashes.

iPadOS 18.1 on M4 iPad Pro, external monitor connected, external keyboard and mouse: When I have Citrix on my external monitor and apps open on my iPad (it doesn’t matter which app), if I have focus on Citrix, it hides the dock on my iPad, yet the dock on my external monitor remains in view. When I move focus to another app on the external monitor, the dock reappears. It acts as if I have an app window on my iPad pulled to the bottom of the screen, hiding the dock. When this occurs, I can move the cursor to the bottom of the iPad and the dock will reappear. Please feel free to contact me to troubleshoot.

this app has come a long way

The app has come a long way. There was a point when I couldn’t even use the application on my ipad and gave up. I decided to give it another try due to work and travel and the experience has been improved dramatically. In my recent experience the app works seamlessly. I haven’t encountered any bugs and it looks great on the iPad. good job developers I can tell you worked hard on this.

Decent app, but needs to support more than one application at a time, and shouldn’t terminate an application moments after closing an iPad.

Should be able to use the keyboard with out having to keep using the side bar. That’s very annoying while working

I am glad the app exists but for medical professionals especially we need reliable Citrix access to use the EHR remotely and when this app get updated compatibility can break and make the app useless. I would like to see better consistently and reliability from this app.

I have to reauthenticate every time I use it, and to reauthenticate there’s some cache bug or something that causes me to be unable to authenticate completely and because of this I have to reinstall the app every time I need to reauthenticate. It is extremely frustrating. 2 stars because it works once after I reinstall and authenticate again.

Most apps within a Citrix desktop work just fine, however, if you are using an collaboration app, like Teams or Webex… access to external resources such as cameras or audio devices are hit or miss… by hit or miss I mean about as consistent as a storm trooper with a blaster… and not the high ranking guys.. like the one fresh out of the cloning machines.
