I have used this app for over 2 years and it is my favorite thing in my phone. It makes eating healthy food into a game and it becomes fun to add more nutrition into your meals. If you have any questions about what counts for your servings, you can look in the description (i) of each recommendation and it even links to videos and studies about different foods as well to explain more about the nutrition in an easy and interesting way. This app also doesn’t try to sell you things like other nutrition apps out there and prides it’s self on research backed guidelines. I love how easy it is to use and recommend it to all my friends who are interested in eating healthfully.

I would love to have the ability to add friends and send them completion updates in the app to encourage me to stay the course. Maybe that would detract from the apps purpose though.
I've been mostly vegan for awhile for ethical reasons and to deal with stomach issues, but this is the first app that provides a clear way to get the right balance of daily nutrition, and it is so much easier to use than any other plan out there! I also appreciate being able to show my family, who have long thought I am crazy, Dr. Gregor's science based research behind the plan. Thank you!

I’m a new fan of Dr. Michael Greger but a HUGE fan. This app, like all of his amazing resources, videos, blogs, and Website, is free to download. There’s literally nothing to lose. I find checklists very helpful for keeping myself motivated and the (i) icon on each food category gives lists of example foods that work for the category. Many of the items listed have a link to videos on his website about the listed food. It’s simple, effective, and free. I use it every day. Thank you Dr. Greger!
