This app gives you confidence that while excluding meat, eggs and dairy, you will have all the nutrients your body needs. It helps a lot when you transition to healthy eating.
I love the fact this app is focused on what to eat. It’s doesn’t judge and tell you what you shouldn’t eat. It makes focusing on super healthy whole foods easy to keep top of mind, each and every day. Highly recommended.
This program is provides a good guide to healthy eating. You may need to adjust the serving sizes to meet your needs, especially if you are pre-diabetic or T2 diabetic. But following the guidelines outlined will certainly enable you to reverse Type 2 diabetes and pre-diabetes.
I love the daily dozen and 21 tips processes They would be even better with a bespoke version for diabetes - one that could be tweaked to suit individual needs
I have found this so useful. No one else is talking about quantities. This is formulated in a fantastic easy to use way. I cannot thank you enough Dr Greger!

The daily dozen app is a simple yet terrific tool to motivate and remind us to eat the right amount, variety and kinds of healthy foods each day! It also provides easy to access information in the app to educate us on those foods! Thank you so very much Dr Greger and team!
