I did not subscripe to your stupid app! I want my money back you thieves, my 69 euros! I dont even use the app, wtf! GIVE ME MONEY BACK!

Hiding total price and misleading the users with that practice. Also, disastrous navigation experience. Generic comment from response as they knew what I said is true.

Even though i cancelled my prime subscription they withdraw my money from the account and when i called them for 5 times, first five times they hang up on me and then when i tried againg they blocked my phone number!!

Bad app, unprofessional, not transparent, using little tricks to get as much money out of you as possible.

The app is decent. Everything works fine until you need help, and that’s where the problems begin. The issue with coupons, in my opinion, is a scam. I’ve been a Prime member for two years and have never been able to use a single coupon. Every time, it said the coupon was invalid. I’ve tried contacting them countless times, but never succeeded. Each time they responded, they promised someone would follow up, but nothing ever happened. Three days ago, I spent an hour with technical support because the coupon wouldn’t work again. They promised the issue would be resolved within 72 hours, but once again, nothing. Considering the amount I pay annually and how often I travel through them, I believe they should take things more seriously.

They didn’t let me choose whether or not to choose the Prime free trial (70€/yr), they just included it while I was booking my flight. Later I was not able to cancel it, I tried calling the support team, but they didn’t help me at all. In the end I found help in a subreddit. Awful
