I have booked my flights through edream they took the money but we don’t have tickets. I just emailing to edream too many times without any response. I call them every day and, everytime I call, one different person to pick the phone and after 20 minutes they tell me that You need to speak with your bank. I spoke with my bank 6 times and they confirmed me that they took the money. Every time that I called them informed them that my bank confirmed the payment and they told me that they will call me back by 48 hours and they never called me back. Guys don’t trust them they stole us €900. Also their service is terrible and the people are not helpful
