I had 2 parcels to be delivered to Canada from India, one of them reached while My other parcel has been stuck in US for the past 15 days. My daughter has been calling non-stop to get assistance or to get the reason why it is stuck. It is very disappointing to be writing this but I didn’t expect this from Fedex. I have always loved Fedex services but this non responsiveness from your side is very disheartening. My tracking number is 285352372707. I hope I can get some answers and delivery as soon as possible.

terrible 2fa
app has a terrible 2-factor authentication implementation. frequently have to re-authenticate, app crashes on successful auth, and it takes quite a while for emails to arrive. uninstalled because an unauthenticated browser experience is far better than using this app.
It rarely works correctly.
It always seems to have an issue. Half the time I just delete it and use the website. Now, it will not allow me to remove old tracking numbers and a day later still showing packages in route after it’s been delivered. I have to delete the app and reinstall to get old tracking numbers removed from my list. It’s always something.

Just Wrong all Levels
FedEx delivered my package to another location and took a picture of it. Well I don’t know where this picture came from because my door, the mat and stairs does not exist. Who door is this that you taking pictures of?
As much times as you have delivered to my address and correct apt number is insulting.
You never came to my address or the complex that I live in. There needs to be a signature required for deliveries, that way I have the option to pick up at the FedEx location or you deliver again to the correct address. This is ridiculous like where is this place?
2FA = Trash Experience
The 2FA login does not last on this app requiring constant reauthentication. Once the code is provided, the app exits unexpectedly. No option to provide feedback in the app either.
Hand off
My item was handed off to USPS immediately so no acurate tracking , no accurate updates no actual delivery date. I will advise the shipper of my purchase how lousy this has turned out to be. The item will arrive late and we have no idea when at this point.
