Fails to open.

In my 50+ shipments, my shipments were never delivered on time at least min. 5 days late to 15 days. They have N number of stories to say and additional charges for the delay that they create. Should change their process instead stealing money from us. Badly, my shipper in USA has only FedEx as their shipper, so no chance to escape from this cheats.

After deleting some tracking, once the app is reopened the deleted tracking numbers are coming. Please fix this.

Fedex delayed courier also charged me iGST which is 12700 my product cost was 30k below I dont know how they calculated the amount and charged me this much amount they’re doing fraud day by day I will not used fedex again……totally disappointed from past two dilivery.

Not getting proper updates on this app nowadays. Do something.

Request Fedex to take serious action against Fedex team in Bengaluru. They are purposely delaying shipments and charging exorbitant fees exceeding 55% in duties of product invoice + shipping value. Delays are done on purpose to additionally charge us warehouse charges. Very vague emails are sent with unreasonable excuses. Even warranty replacement shipments are not spared. The delivery person saw my frustration and admitted as to how corrupt a bunch of employees from clearance team is manipulating the system. He also mentioned that one by one all branches are shutting down in Bengaluru. Apparently these people rob us and enjoy Biryani treats and eat out in expensive restaurants from the cash they make. The delivery person is himself fed up seeing the sorry state of affairs within. Request Fedex to take disciplinary action against Bengaluru team. Will never used your scam services.

If your going to use fedex to sent courier .. never ever try it even for once. Irresponsible customer support team, We need to wait 30 minutes more to contact with their customer support team. And Fedex website is always showing error while uploading KyC documents. They are taking additional charge after one month.. we should pay for their irresponsible act ..

I have paid extra charges of 2790 rupees Before that there was a long process where I had to submit my documents which got rejected 2 times and the third time it was accepted Was hoping it will be delivered but still not delivered no response I donot recomment FedEx india It’s a huge mess No one cares

They don’t deliver on time they first said I will get on 10 then I checked again it was updated to 11 before 8:00 PM and after 8:00PM it was again updated to 11 before 00:00 and it was clearly mentioned that your package is on the delivery vehicle and after 9:30 PM they again updated that its at the hub if you can’t deliver on time just don’t say it I am very disappointed
