• Enrol in FedEx Delivery Manager to take control of your deliveries with FedEx*
• Hold a package at a nearby FedEx location or do a holiday hold for all of your packages *
• Leave delivery instructions for your driver *
• Sign for packages from your phone*
• Enable Push Notifications to get a doorbell chime with delivered notifications *
• Take the next step and enrol in Shop & Track to track the status of online orders (even if it’s not a FedEx package!). You can even search by Tracking number, order numbers, merchants and more *
• View photo of residential delivery once it arrives *
• Get Apple Watch access to check status of packages, find locations and view photo Proof of Delivery
• Ask Siri to check the status of your FedEx package and track from your home screen with our widget
• Scan door tags to get info and options for missed deliveries *

Phần mềm crash liên tục dù cài ở IP 14, không nên dùng
Không hài lòng nhân viên giao hàng
Nhân viên giao hàng khó tính nói chung là không hài lòng
Dịch vụ Fedex SG quá tệ
Fedex tại địa chỉ số 6 Thăng Long Tân Bình không cho khách nhận hàng, dịch vụ giao hàng tận nhà nhưng lại bắt buộc khách phải đi làm giấy tờ thủ tục trong mùa dịch nếu không sẽ bị tiêu hủy hàng. Vậy tại sao lại nhận hàng rồi khi về VN lại làm khó dễ khách hàng. Nếu vậy phải tư vấn cho khách hàng biết rõ để khách hàng cân nhắc có nên gửi hay không?! chứ không phải Fedex Mỹ và SG đùn đẩy trách nhiệm cho nhau… Giờ gia đình tôi vừa bị mất 300$ tiền vận chuyển vừa mất hàng, ai chịu trách nhiệm

Nhân viên giao hàng bắt bên mình phải chi thêm 27$ mới cho nhận hàng :) trong khi bên mình đã chi nhiều tiền để gửi đồ. Dịch vụ tệ

Mình bấm theo dõi lô hàng nhưng thoát ra lại ko có trong danh sách
