Overall FedEx’s online shipping service is a disaster. From the website to the app, the steps needed to create a shipment are incredibly difficult and confusing. It requires you to not just open an account with them, but specifically some kind of shipping account. Even after that is completed, the app is poorly integrated with their backend database and didn’t recognize my account. The website is no better. The create a shipment page is very difficult to load and complete. When I finally completed the forms after at least a dozen tries, the final step to ship only returned an ambiguous error message that somewhere in my entry there was an error.
最近選擇國家後就一直轉圈圈
無法用APP預約取件時間,有日期,但是最早、最晚時間系統自己不顯示出來,就無法送出。試了好幾次,最後還是得親自打電話給客服預約!填資料時也很多選項是強制性的,一定要選系統自動跳出的選項,即使是錯誤或不是使用者想要選的選項。總結是我用過最難用的APP,差評再差評!
