Horrid company
Run! The headquarters in the US really need to look into what’s going on in HK. One of the most horrid customer services ever seen! Even monkeys can do better than this. Please review the staff before they completely ruin your valuable brand in SEA.

Difficult to use for an individual
Fedex makes you use this app or their website to generate a shipping order but it just wastes tons of your time because neither is intuitive nor helpful for an individual. I ended up having to visit their office to get the help of a human. At least their employees are helpful and sympathetic.
Bad UX design
When I try to input shipping details, it always pop out an error message!
