There is a glitch in the app in “my wallet” menu. When you are adding a card and you want to choose the expiration year the drop down menu is wrong. There are years that appear twice i.e. 2026 and years that are missing from the drop-down menu i.e. 2028. Please check and repair. Thanks.

Why can’t I add a checked bag before 24 hours before? Very frustrating
When purchasing bags and enter credit card information, the app will not apply the credit card information because it switches to purchase bags with miles and if you’re not using miles or don’t have miles, you can’t make your purchase.
Recently had a significant flight delay that impacted my connecting flight. Attempted to rebook my connecting flight, but the options that I had previously found while looking as if I was booking a new flight were not there??? Checked again and verified the flight was still available. Paid for the flight to reserve a seat, had to call customer service to fix and get my money back.

The Delta app is very confusing. It keeps asking me to add my passport even though I have it save to my profile. Also, if I am in the app before checking time I have to exit the app to be able to check in.
Original flight? Cancelled. Rebooked flight? Delayed. How much money have my last 3 Delta flights cost my company, due to Delta’s constant delays? Over $3,000. Does Delta care? Not at all. Delta- I despise you, as you clearly care nothing about this Platinum level customer. Goodbye.
