No se pueden ver los vuelos de ida y vuelta con un solo click. Solo se ven los de ida, y despues de viajar, se ven los de vuelta.

It takes hours to load the simplest things and it constantly crashes. I’ve tried to book flights and it always seems to be unnecessarily complicated. Just got a flight cancelled (without any indication as to why) and it kept crashing when I tried to reschedule. In the end I didn’t know if the reschedule was successful or not. I finally got an e-mail confirming my flight to Detroit (I was flying to NYC). Two stars because it the “Contact” page was actually understandable.

As a US resident/green card holder I’ve found it impossible to virtually check-in for any flights within and out of the USA. It always asks me an address “for non-residents” because the app doesn’t provide a check-box for citizens, residents n visitors and since I’m not yet a citizen I have to check my citizenship as international creating this issue where the app doesn’t recognize a legal resident. Therefore I am unable to check-in because it automatically blocks it for me. Is definitely an inconvenience during a pandemic where is imperative to have as little as possible face to face contact. Please improve this feature

My luggage was broken when I picked up

This is an excelent app. I was able to checkin 24 hours before taking the flight and didnt need to print any ticket, i only presented the qr code of the virtual boarding pass. It's really a useful app.

The app is ok but it doesn’t show any information when in flight and not have internet. Most airline apps store information offline and don’t require a login every single time to show the information.

I’m disappointed that Delta does not award mileage points if you travel on basic. The message that comes across is you haven’t flown. I respect and understand the different types of accommodations in an aircraft and it’s fees. However, regardless where you’re sitting you are flying from point A to B. Accruing mileage points every traveler looks forward to, it feels you’re being penalized for purchasing a seat in Basic Economy and not in main cabin. I hope that you will take my comment into consideration. I know I’m not the only one feeling like this.
