We weren’t able to add a bag as the payment was each time decreased with a note of „error PMT105000”
Terrible UX
The worst user experiences in my life. Chek-in is a nightmare without hints on necessary information. Half of links do not work. Unable to add boarding pass to Wallet. Does not show the check-in information that was made on laptop.
Slow, ugly, old
Looks and works like Windows 95. Oh and it won’t let you change seats (even if First) :/
Crashing and technical issues
Everytime I try to book a flight on the app it always crashes and is always having some issue. You might as well try another airline because Delta clearly doesn’t care.
Bag Updates!
Checking my bags always gives me anxiety, but the app lets you know exactly when the bag gets onto the plane, and when it gets onto the baggage claim belt. It definitely eases my nerves and I love it🙂↕️
iPad Bug - App does not function
Trip section does not work on the iPad it constantly crashes
Vouchers and guest passes no longer accessible in the app
I use the app frequently and it generally works well. However, in recent weeks, I am no longer able to access drink vouchers, or Sky Club guest passes in the app, although I can see them online. I have called the Diamond medallion line to point this out, but nothing seems to have been fixed. Please fix this glitch!
Crashes on IOS 18.1.1 - unusable
As others are saying, it crashes consistently on iPad running IOS 18.1. Tried deleting and reinstalling - same result.
